Each member of our team brings unique gifts and a steadfast commitment to the vision God has placed before us: to be a Spirit-led, Bible-based, family-centered church that reaches our community with the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
Together, our pastors, elders, and ministry leaders work faithfully to nurture a loving church family, encourage spiritual growth, and create an atmosphere where lives are changed and God’s presence is felt in every service.
Roger and Norma Canary
Founding Pastors
Pastor Roger and Norma Canary are the founding and senior pastors of Spirit Filled Church, officially known as The Church of Jesus Christ Spirit Filled. More than 35 years ago, Pastor Roger answered God’s call to ministry, beginning the church in a humble garage in Spanish Springs.
Through steadfast faith, perseverance, and the grace of Jesus Christ, that small gathering has grown into the thriving Spirit-filled community now located on Goldy Way. Pastor Roger and Sister Norma continue to lead with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to sharing the life-changing power of the Holy Spirit with all who enter the doors of Spirit Filled Church.

Kenny and Melissa Morales
Associate Pastor / Worship Leader
Pastor Kenny and Melissa Morales have been a vital part of Spirit Filled Church for over 17 years. Together, they have served in ministry for the past decade, pouring their hearts into worship and the next generation. Melissa leads our worship ministry with a deep passion for ushering the congregation into God’s presence, while Pastor Kenny serves faithfully as Associate Pastor, guiding and inspiring our congregation.
As devoted parents of four wonderful children, Pastor Kenny and Melissa bring both family and faith together in all they do — nurturing a spirit of unity, growth, and genuine love within the church
Youth Pastors Manny and Jasmine Nagano
Manny and Jasmine Nagano have been faithfully serving the next generation at Spirit Filled Church since 2019, bringing passion, authenticity, and a genuine love for young people into every space they lead.
Married in 2020, their journey together has been rooted in ministry from the very beginning. Jasmine was raised in Spirit Filled Church, giving her a deep connection to its values, vision, and community. Together, Manny and Jasmine have grown into their role as youth leaders, pouring into students with intentionality, encouragement, and truth.
Now, as parents to their young son, they carry an even deeper desire to see young lives shaped by the presence of God and grounded in a strong spiritual foundation.
Their heart is simple but powerful: to reach, disciple, and empower the youth of our community to know who they are in Christ and to walk confidently in that identity.
Manny and Jasmine are committed to creating a welcoming, real, and Spirit-led environment where every young person can belong, grow, and encounter God in a life-changing way.
Roy and Carol Burket
Elders / Ministry Leaders
Roy and Carol Burkett have been faithful members of Spirit Filled Church for over 30 years. Throughout the decades, they have served in many capacities — from Sunday School teachers to Missionette and Royal Ranger leaders, wedding planners, and friendly greeters who make everyone feel at home.
Roy has faithfully served as an Elder since 2008, offering wisdom, guidance, and spiritual support to our church family. Carol’s heart for ministry and her joyful spirit have touched countless lives through the years.
Together, Roy and Carol exemplify the steadfast dedication and loving service that make Spirit Filled Church a true family of believers.
John and Chris Glantz
Elders/Founding Members
John and Chris Glantz have been part of Spirit Filled Church since its earliest days, when the congregation first met on Greenbrae more than 35 years ago. Throughout the years, they have served faithfully in many areas of ministry — including as Missionette and Royal Ranger leaders, Sunday School teachers, and dependable helpers wherever a need arises.
John has served as our Men’s Ministry Leader since 2010, providing guidance, encouragement, and spiritual strength to the men of the church. Together, John and Chris exemplify steadfast faith, humble service, and a true heart for God and His people.
Rodney and Jenni Wallner
Elders/
Ministry Leaders
Rodney and Jenni Wallner have been members of Spirit Filled Church since 2007 and were married here in 2009. From the beginning of their marriage, they have faithfully served in ministry, sharing their gifts and hearts with the church family.
For over 15 years, Rodney has taught the Victorious Christian Living class, with Jenni by his side, reaching both seasoned believers and those new to the faith with practical, Spirit-led teaching. Together, they also serve on the worship team and in various other areas of ministry, demonstrating a steadfast love for God and a deep commitment to helping others grow in their walk with Christ.
